Send Relief is one of the largest crisis response and compassion ministry organizations in North America. Since 2019, Send Relief has developed multiple facilities in Puerto Rico that now serve as launching pads for volunteers to come serve communities all across the island who have been devastated by numerous natural disasters in recent years. The Guaynabo campus is the largest Send Relief facility on the island and can house up to 100 volunteers at a time. It is also the home of the Send Relief administrative headquarters in Puerto Rico.
Due to the nature of the campus, the constant activity and the number of new guests... wayfinding signage was an essential component of ensuring a positive experience for anyone visiting or staying on campus. This project included developing a naming and labeling strategy for the buildings, as well as multiple levels of interior and exterior signage.
